I actually found the environment very daunting at first because I didn't know anyone, but that was just my personality. To be honest, in a way it's a catch 22... Insofar as that it's an excellent environment that pushes you out of your comfort zone but at the same time promotes growth in almost every aspects of your life - And especially as a teen where you don't really have much experience in that field... the ability to undergo that in a protected environment is priceless.
